Nuestro Presidente, que también lo es de EFELA, el Doctor en Derecho de la Energía Vicente López-Ibor Mayor abrirá el Webinar a las 09.00 de la mañana junto con la Profesora y Secretaria General de EFELA Marinella De Focatiis y el Juez del Tribunal General de la Union Europea y Profesor de Derecho Europeo de la Energía Constantinos Iliopoulos, y lo clausurará con sus conclusiones a las 16.00 horas acompañado del Profesor Don Jorge Vasoncelos.

El Webinar contará con la presencia destacada de la Comisaria Europea de Energía, la Señora Kadri Simson, que informará del Pacto Verde Europeo y el paquete Fit for 55% en el sector energético y responderá a preguntas de los miembros de Efela y asistentes al acto.

También habrá destacadas ponencias, entre ellas la de nuestro Vicepresidente, el Profesor Iñigo del Guayo Castiella, sobre política industrial verde presentadas por importantes abogados de la energía, juristas y académicos especializados, con temas como las fuentes de energía renovables entre obligaciones e incentivos, Intervenciones directas sobre emisiones, el ETS y el Mecanismo de Ajuste de Carbono en la Frontera, eficiencia energética entre obligaciones e incentivos, la política del acuerdo verde y las ayudas estatales y sobre el modelo de regulación del Hidrógeno, biogás y gases descarbonizados. Finalmente, antes de las conclusiones habrá una mesa redonda sobre el Green Deal con representantes de las diferentes Asociaciones Europeas de Derecho y Regulación Energética.
